Im still guessing it's CES 2011, TGS is more about games ( FFVSXIII & Agito being possible show stealers) and Gamescon is a little too early for a PSP successor reveal.
My 2 cents.

The rumor over at PushSquare & VG24/7 says there will two games, Namco VS Capcom and Capcom VS Namco. One built on the Tekken 6 engine and the other on Street Fighter IV engine.

Why are they taking the Iphone/Ipod/Ipad route ? i mean, why not stick to doing what they do best, portable console game experiences. Add a second stick and possible L2/R2 shoulder buttons, update the visuals (a PS2.5 if you will) and viola !
