Origin also has a refund service,just so you know. I agree with everything in the video, it was great, but with the amount that preorder and have no idea what they're allowing the companies to do, I don't see much hope.
So doubtful that it will be that much. You know, I know, and they know, that won't bring mass appeal, there's not a chance in h*** that it's 500.
I'm glad Miyamoto is taking a step back from the development of NX. WiiU was too gimmicky and he had a large role to play in that, as he has said himself.
If third parties accepted it though, I'm excited to see what they have in store.
I don't think they will go out of date very quickly, unless the consumer is dumb enough to buy a $400-$600. Regardless, it's not an affordable plug n play system but they will perform the best.
Anyone who can put together a jigsaw and use Google can make their own PC with twice the performance for the same price.
Nothing to be ashamed of :) I think most gamers (I don't count fanboys as gamers) can agree that one should buy the platform that fits their needs and wants.
My friends dad still plays on his ancient brick of a PC and the PS2 he bought for his son a good decade ago.
_LarZen_ I'm there with you, getting Steam link for my living room, but do you know if there's any way to upscale the print? I'm finding I have to squint a ton to see it on certa...
@thehobbyist
You're so right, and where I live (Canada) developers are charging anywhere from 75-80 dollars now when conversion puts it at UNDER 75! It's a f****** ripoff with tax, I'm not paying 84 dollars for a game, so I decided at launch of this generation to go all digital on console. Found I could actually upgrade to a 2TB for less than the tax, and I still can't let go of my PS3 games so resale value is meaningless to be.
Then my buddy ...
I love my 970, regardless of the whole 3.5GB/.5GB scandal it runs amazing for its cost.
Agreed, they can't be stingy or try to resell it at full price. Should be in the neighborhood of 20-40 dollars and include the DLC
I would think that they would use streaming for mobile and PC, through an X1 so they don't lose hardware sales. I think you're right, not ALL first party games will come to PC, especially the blockbusters, but wishful thinking is a bad/fun habit ;) I too would kill for Halo on PC.

Just hearing this guy explain it was spectacular. "Woah."
Apologies for the s*** Google link ra...
Wait until they release it back onto PC in better shape for a reduced price
Not sure what GMGs policy is for returns, but since it's a 3rd party service that gives you product keys you could be out of luck
Good to hear!!!
I'm hoping oculus and the support of Facebook, as much as I disapprove of their business practices, will help bring more support to PC along with Microsoft and DX12. Maybe next generation we'll finally see cross-play between all platforms for the greater good, while retaining exclusives.
Thank you for that rational and unbiased comment. You're absolutely right, the whole "Master Race" ideal is stupid. They each have their benefits, and its totally subjective, there's so many differences that it's a big choice that you honestly can't go wrong with, either way you're gonna have a blast and its just a matter of which one is right for you.
I can see myself moving to PC after this generation, but as of right now I'm on all three ...
As someone who is part of the three major gaming communities, PSN, XBL and PC gaming as a whole, I can say that you're 100% wrong. There are d***s everywhere, yes, but for every PC a**hat I've met ~4-5 ungrateful preteens who literally think they are the best at EVERYTHING, and do not stop screaming obscenities into the mic in their high pitched chipmunk voices.
Games like DOTA, CS:GO, they are where you find the virgin-neckbeard types who will scream at you for anyt...
Butter smooth on AMD* (joke, BF plays fine on NV)
Looks really good though!

@NicktheDlick
No, but if you would rather transfer funds from your bank account to your PayPal account than have a way for strangers to get instant funds, you would need a few days.
I agree with the price, but I'm going to trust Yoshida on this one.
More money than I make in a year spent on studying consumer interest in products > what you assume.
