I thought this game would do a bit better, I enjoyed the vehicle sections & Nectar is a novelty, but not an unwelcome one.
Oh well, my rental copy should arrive on Friday, so I’ll see for myself.
I agree, I think they know of some positive ones and want to get them out to get some better publisity
It’s happened more recently on the PS3, that’s for sure, but remember the most famous case is till Halo 3.
That's part of the problem people are having.
There was a lot of talk of 1080p gaming before this generation started & it seems some games are struggling to reach 720p.
There is no denying that some of these games look great, and of course I would sacrifice resolution for a stable frame-rate.
It's just that people's high def TV's are not being used fully, and this ‘gen’ may not be the high-def era it was touted, at least not till the end of th...

The lack of 4 player split-screen put me off & I was expecting a longer campaign.

I'm still waiting for the Oblivion expansion... I really don't understand why it is taking so long.
We even got a trailler for it a couple of months back!
Warhawk does have some very impressive draw distances though.
But as long as they can get this issue fixed for the big one, Time Splitters 4, then I'll be happy.
Right having just found out the game will not support 4 - player split screen I'm just going to rent this & only buy it if the online is exceptional.
4-player split screen is still a big thing for me, I had hoped Haze would support it, but now I see it doesn't.

It's just that a couple of UK mags have been out this week, both complaining that they haven't got review copies yet. Forcing them to review it next month, post game release.
I'm almost 100% going to buy this game, but I still want to know their reviews before I pick it up.
Very good reviews indeed.
Just makes me wonder even more why they are not sending out review copies in time. Which is not ususally a good sign.
Even if this game is as bad IGN make out, it’s not History Channel: Battle of the Pacific bad (also got 4.5). I’m sure of that!
