What people don't know, is that the first picture they had up for this review was actually of Crysis!

Ah... The Guardain

Joking or not, it is much easier to take my anger out on this humble messenger than it is SCEE!

6417d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

It’s that time of the week again!

SCEE’s disappointment day!

EDIT: I’m not averse to shooting the messenger! However the real culprit here is SCEE

In Europe, for Hardware, it's VGchartz or ... Nothing!

Unless you have your PS3 offline, they are usually worthless. Giving a few demos which were usually available to download from the store weeks before.

No exclusive content or anything.

You seem very sure about that...

Everything is a RUMOUR untill Sony gives us official confirmation.

EDIT:
Yes but they didn't confirm those pics are real!

Well the links do not always work for everyone (people at work etc) & this is an important list!

Whatever the reasons, I believe these are feaures that should have been in the PS3 since day 1. There is no excuse to make me leave a game just to read a message. However I'm finally glad these features are going to come.

Edit: No problem, I realised my first post took up alot of space, hence the edit!

I'll take this with a grain of salt, If I believed everything they said, I would have 2.4 by now... remember!

Oh... and this should clearly be marked as RUMOUR (British spelling) & not news

Right then, time to draw up a list of 30 – 40 achievements for Pong...

6419d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

I bet it’s something a lot more sinister:

Platinum trophies for finishing Sony 1st party games

Gold – 2nd party games

Silver – ‘Quality’ 3rd party games

Bronze – Trophies for ports which are an embarrassment to the system!

6419d ago 2 agree0 disagreeView comment

I would also like there to be a score for each trophy (similar to the gamerscore) so you don’t have to compare the actual numbers of trophies. Obviously increasing points for the ‘bigger’ trophies.

6419d ago 3 agree0 disagreeView comment

Then I see bronze trophies relating to the low scoring achievements on the 360, with the platinum being the major achievements, finishing COD4 on veteran etc.

So instead of receiving a different number of points you receive a different 'grade' of trophy. An interesting concept. It would make life easier for developers, being able to use the same achievement lists.

Of course there is NOTHING to confirm this.

That one was for individual formats, showing MGS (PS3) was the top selling individual game. However in the ALL FORMATS chart, Lego is top:

Well Lego is all formats, but still a shame for MGS.

Not bad for Alone in the Dark & I hope Civ Rev can hang in there.

This is a UK mag, which is Playstation only & 100% independent.

But even if just 5%, or even less, read it, that is probably more than most websites which have been reviewing the game. And these figures are daily.

This is one reviewer you want to get a very good score from:

"According to certified distribution figures from ABC, Metro is read by 1.3 million readers across the UK every day."
