I can see my self playing something like Farmville if the genre evolved into something like this author described, as it stands right now thought I really don't see my self playing any casual Facebook oriented game.

It's a decent game, I'm surprised at how fun it is. I love that it's sort of a return to the series roots as well.
I heard they're fixing a lot of the technical issues with the game. Hasn't a patch already came out?
I can relate to that, they definately take awhile to pick up and get interesting. This ones a little different though, it kind of throws you right into the action. At least that's what I've read in the reviews.
I might pick it up, I'd have to finish the first Fallout though before I started it.

Are there really a lot of 6-year-olds playing COD. Playing games online adds another element to the whole age appropriate argument. Xbox live or PSN is definitely not the place for a little kid.
Maybe it would be okay if voice chat was disabled.

I had no problem with him playing the game, he's a smart kid. I'm sure he understands the difference between a video game and real life.
Who's complaining? Do you honestly think that after playing GTA a 6 year old is going to go off on a homicidal rampage when they become an adult? It's just a game, if the child can't realize that at 6 he already has some serious issues to deal with and GTA should be the least of his parents worries.
I don't think ADHD and ADD is going to cause kids to go on a shooting spree. Half the time ADHD and ADD is just an excuse for bad parentings, throw some drugs at your kids to calm them down because you messed up.
That's sort of how I feel, I didn't really think anything of him playing the game beside me. If his parents are okay with it then that's choice, still the kids only 6....
Harvest Moon is totally identical to that game.
I'm still a fan of the original 150 Pokemon, they will still be the best in my opinion. Sure I'm a nostalgic person but I think there's more to it than that, they just look better.
A lot of the new ones look silly to me, it's almost like they're running out of ideas.
