I have to say the sniper rifle in the Fear 2 demo is sick. No joke it cuts people in half. Not to mention you can slow down time while watching your target get blown in half. It is like Gear's and Resistance's sniper rifle in one. The sniper rifle in Black was also really satisfying. Hitman Blood Money also had a cool sniper rifle. I think both games had versions of the Walther W2000.

Once you get past the Konami ID and some of the glitchers (a TON less than there used to be) this game is actually great. MGO fan is going to deny the Konami Fed up royally but it is still a fun game. MGO is a love it or hate it type of game though. If you like 3rd person, tactical, slow gameplay it is a great game but you you do not it blows.

Wow PS and Xbox fans agreeing on something this must be a first. Haven't played the demo as I unfortunately do not own a 360. Looks like from this kind of reaction it is going to be a rent then maybe buy for me. If money was not so tight I would probably buy it. It is kinda sad my PS2 library is 40+ titles strong... those were the days. I think Dead Space is probably one of my top ten horror games of all time. It just feels so right. From the perspective of Sony said this but did not deliver, I agree with you. BC was marketed as one of the main features of the PS3 when it launched and it is kinda sad that Sony dropped the feature. But everyone that I know that has a PS3 could care less about BC. None of these shots do either game justice. Anyways the only way to compare games is in motion. RE5 does have some high resolution textures but KZ2 just looks better. I should have put quotes around real driving simulator to signify slight sarcasm. No body in there right mind would argue that GT is more realistic than what the PC has to offer. That would be like arguing the Wii is for hardcore gamers... My point was simply that GT is popular due to its high level of polish. It does what it sets out to do very well.

Too each his own. Also Go Karts handle a little differently than say a Ford GT or a Sti. The first of which I have ridden shot gun in and the latter I have personally driven. I find GT to be closer to real life. The only real way in my opinion you can say one is better than the other is to drive the actual cars in the game and in real life and then compare. I know that go karts can teach you a lot about how to be a better/faster driver but they do not directly translate ...
In other news Lair 2 is coming to the 360. But for some reason people care... I played the first LP and well it was barely worth a rental. Folks in case you do not know a game can look great but if the gameplay and other aspects of the game do not hold up then what is the point? While it is certainly possible this may be a 360 exclusive it is more likely it is a timed release. I cannot believe that this much attention is going to a game that no one has played.
