To me L4D was WAY more fun than GeoW 2. But hey what are teh VGAs anyways. Seriously does anyone think this hold any validity? Metacritic and ones own personal opinion are all that matter. I think both consoles had a great year. You really can't be upset when there are this many good games out. Well maybe your wallet will be upset, but nothing else. If I had to choose I would say the PS3 had the best year for games. GT5p, MGS4 and LBP are probably top 3 favorite games of all time and they all came out in the same year... WOW! Online co op in GOW would be amazing. Imagine you and your friend ripping the head off of a harpy together. Or you impale a zombie and then your friend cuts off its head. AAAHHH too awesome to think about.
Live really should be factored into the equation here. Playing games online with friends seamlessly is one of the 360 key features if not its defining one. When you add that into the equation the 2 systems are about equal. If the PS3 included an HDMi cable that would really help things. I think that once the PS3's price drops to about $300-350 a lot more people will consider it.
though I am a PS3 fan and only own a PS3, I agree that right NOW the 360 is a better value for solitar...
yeah this list is bogus. mirrors edge a game that you run through the same corridor and jump off the same building for 8 hours is better than a completely revolutionary game LBP? yeah you would be surprised given the way konami fed it up but yes there are a fair amount of people (like me) that still play MGO. And it is still loads of fun.

Ok somebody has no idea that GT is the second highest selling video game franchise under GTA. GT sells like hotcakes in Europe and Japan. Even in America it still sells well. Hell GT5p a huge demo sold 2.2 million. That is proof enough. GT is one of the most underrated and under hyped titles in Sony's arsenal.
your comments are usually one sided but this time there is no argument Konami dropped the ball. They had the opportunity to release a killer online game to rival the competition and they failed. The community was there, the game itself was there (MGO is really fun when it works) and I bet the support from Sony was there.
If they do somehow convert MGO to the PSN then there is hope. But it is likely that everyone's stats would be erased. MGO could have been so much more on the PSN...
