Aaaaand... I still don't care.
Waiting for a proper Elder Scrolls game :)
It's EA guys, so this is most probably a BULLSHOT
Actually your comparison is wrong
900p/60 fps requieres around 38% more pixels than 1080p/30fps. It's not a valid comparison
720p/60fps is better, which requieres around 11% less pixels than 1080p/30
But it's not about the graphical fidelity only.
at 60 fps the whole game logic, world simulation, physics, etc. has to be updated at 16ms, while at 30 fps it is updated at 33ms.
So 60 fps could also potentially bring a &qu...
How Grid will stand out?
Easy!
"We are on BOTH last gen consoles and with upgraded textures on PC!"
That's their "advantage" :)
Outdated article...
It's been announced that the 360 will be "ported" by another studio.
This game will be next-gen indeed.
Digital Foundry built a PC around the 760 to deliver "better than PS4 experience", and found that it's a hit or miss. It couldn't deliver steady 60 fps on current games consistently. Only a few games, like BF4 did perform as expected, but it's conclusion was that it didn't meet the expectations.
Also, it's not future proof. You'll regret if you buy it soon, since you won't be able to max out any game from now on, and nobody wants frustrat...
woah!
A spoiler I didn't want :(
Only real solution for the stuttering, get the PS4 version :D
The PC does look better indeed (although not by much)
Check the digital foundry comparison article, it uses much higher quality pictures, and you can see the difference is actually closer.
Also, I've got the PC version, and even though I have a decent midrange Radeon 7950 GPU, I get stuttering all over the place, and I can't play on Ultra settings (textures on high), since my framerate goes UNDER 30 fps at several times (specially when driving).
So much stupidity in this post, I can't even...
Sony, this is how you promote the Vita. Watch and learn :)
Funny thing is, that it's not CGI, the game does look like this real time.
Mistaken the game for CGI, is a great compliment to the game actually! ^^
Id Tech 5 is a very bad engine, with texture pop in and framerate issues on PC
Curiously, it worked out pretty well on PS3 and Xbox360 with Rage, it did have low res textures, but it ran at 60 fps... Maybe Id tech 5 was mostly optimized for last gen hardware?
They screwed up with the capture, it's obvious they aren't using "full range" rgb on the consoles...
I might be wrong, but isn't this the site that reported watchdogs being 1080p/60 fps on PS4? :D
After all the backslash the game has been getting, I doubt it'll sell that high.
If it does sell that much, then Ubisoft will keep lying to us, releasing "unexisting" gameplay to get us hyped, and then deliver a severily downgraded game.
I want them to learn a lesson, maybe people will vote with their wallets.
Captain Hyperbole!

Wow, impressive. Just, wow...
I can say now, that this game looks better than Project Cars (which has nice, comparable cars detail-wise, but the tracks are much simpler)
Best looking racer yet. Just imagine how games will look in the next few years, when something even better looking comes around...
With all the bad press and ubisoft mistakes and lies, this game is bound to fail, critically and commercially (unless it's really a good game...)
Well, let's wait for the reviews. If they're bad, then it'll be the last nail in the coffin. Otherwise, it's fate may change :)
I think he means Autovista mode. And yeah, cars do look spectacular over there (using the x1 complete power, to render the cars and background, without any game logic, physics, etc)
Realtime though, is another story. Forza 5 looks really bad at times...
Thank God!
