I hope Capcom is reading this: I am passing on SFV (or I will buy it used) simply based on this change

It's true the original's screen is more vibrant and "rich", but the slim's LCD is more natural looking in color tone. And if you're getting a Vita for the first time, you wouldn't even know what you're missing. Plus, the slim is more thinner and lighter and easier to hold IMO.
I have both a fat and slim Vita. Don't listen to the comments about the slim having a down-graded LCD screen - it's awesome in its own right. The colors are less saturated and more even than the OLED.
I'm sorry, but these games suck. And so has PS+ for a while. Call it what it is - Nothing more than a service fee for PS4's online portion, with some "bonuses" thrown on to keep people happy that they're not entirely paying for the privilege to play multiplayer.
I found the Beta a chore to play, if we're being honest. BF, as a franchise, has lost its way recently. If all we're going to get in the near future is these re-hashed, annualized shooters over and over again then count me out.
This gen has been a drag so far with little innovation.
IMO TPSs are superior to FPSs, and frankly we need more of them. I'm hoping DICE's new Battlefront game has a dedicated TPS POV.
Who cares? The game looks just like SF4 anyways. Be wise and wait for the inevitable SUPER and ULTRA versions Capcom is 100% going to produce to milk this game.

I knew there was something going on with the framerate during the Alpha. I definitely knew it was coming in at around 30fps but chalked that up to being an Alpha build and that it would be 60fps by release or at least the Beta. Now this BS about cross-gen limitations comes out?!?

BFH could easily have been released as $29.99 DLC. It feels just like an add-on for BF4 but will be sold as a full release game. Payday 2 hits on the cops/criminals tension better than this.
This is why hyping a game can be a bad idea. People get so enamored with the glitz, glamour, and eye-candy so much so that when the actual product is finally out, it has no chance of meeting expectations.
Look at the new MK... CGI-rendered visuals but where is the actual gameplay? Call me old-school, but unsubstantiated hype needs to go.

I think the fact this is even a topic depicts how "effective" this cover is. I believe Ubisoft was going for the whole uneasy feeling all along - that the antagonist in this game exudes sheer tyranny.
MS ran this company into the ground. A shame really. I think the sooner MS leaves gaming the better. The industry still needs competition, but I think MS needs to go. The XBO has been an embarrassment since its reveal.
