Xbox has all the naughty mods if you look hard enough.
You can get tons of free ones just like that, and they all suck.
It's not even a remaster based on the 360 version. It's based on the PS3 international version.
Especially when one is Xbox One X enhanced, yes those are good.
It's a huge difference, in graphics, and especially in the amount and distance draw of detail.

If you factor in the size of the Xbox One X and custom parts like the vapor chamber, I wonder if even $3000 would be enough.

Xbox One X can, it has HDMI 2.1. In a prototype build of the enhanced patch for Titanfall 2, the dynamic resolution went all the way up to 6K in a couple spots. I suspect a game with more simplified graphics could run at 10K on the Xbox One X.
And Xbox One X is the only console with HDMI 2.1
