The worst review that I've ever read.
Max Payne is a great game, with good graphics, animation and lot of action. The game is different, but kept me playing a lot of hours. The story is only for adult players and the narrative is sometimes overcharged with a lot of alcoholic moments of the principal character.
I bought Max Payne 3 at PSN for 20 USD and it's an amazing product, a great value in campaing mode, althought its multiplayer is bland.
MGS V is multiplatform.
Fallout 4 exclusively for Xbox one, unlikely. Fallout 3 sold at PS3 4 millions of copies, that represented almost 100 millions in cash. Also, a lonely game can't be the salvation of a device. Microsoft's game division must make new games for boost the system's sales.

PS3 has 512 MB only ( 256 for games) and has a great exclusive lineup: Uncharted, Killzone, MGS 4, GT 5, Infamous, Resistance and multiplatform games look great: Deus Ex, Far Cry 3, Bioshock Infinity, Grand Thief Auto 4, Red Dead Redemption, Crysis 3.
With 8 GB RAM GDDR5, a CPU/GPU integrated and a friendly architecture for developers, PS4 will have enough power for the future.

You dont have a PS3 system, I have a slow internet connection and I downloaded almost 40 games at PSN's store because I have Playstation Plus and never it has crashed. My last download of the store was the Mass Effect Trilogy (65GB) and lasted a 12 hours, also I have a 360 and the online is almost like in PS3.
Nobody is ready for "DRM" and online's destructive restrictions, this anti-consumer policy needs a huge resources and the system hasn't been tested yet with success. In the EA's last experiment, Sim City, the use of DRM's systems was a total mess; almost 1 million of people were affected for mistake, consumers that spent 60 bucks were blocked for days or weeks. For fix this embarrasing miscalculation, EA removed DRM's system of the game and had to offer ...

I wont to spend 500 USD for watch TV. A console is mainly for play games, there is not time to watch TV, because there are a huge quantity of amazing games at the market. Also the gamers are very different market, because they want to be always the active part of the story and live the new experiences by themselves. In other hand, watch TV only requiere of a person that hasn't any type of interaction, that represents all the oposite at a gamer: a pasive person.

Sony's strategy is very different, the company will focus at the digital distribution, because the digital copies cannot be sold or exchanged. The PSN store is a huge success and the subscription service PLUS is amazing, attracting new consumers each month ( For only 50 USD you can obtain 40 of more games). Sony doesn't need fight against the consumer and not forces him at stay always online, the company is trying to accustom at the player to stay connected in a friendly form, for ex...
