Previous Diablo's were in a time when Internet use and blogging was not so popular.
Diablo 3 is in a time when the most VOCAL MINORITY spammed the forums with the most stupid reasons.
Majority are enjoying the game. I bet Diablo 3 will stay on pc for yrs to come, by then even console palyers would have stopped playing.
Log in at any time on pc and its full of players till today considering its more than a yr old.

You are mistaken.
Diablo 3 on pc is superfast and ultra responsive. I think the console version is toned down and made easier. You even have dodge function. Pc version doesnt have dodge. We have to assess real quick and move or defend etc.
If it was harder clicking they would have given us dodge.

Loot games work like this.
1.Start out as a zero
2.Slowly become a hero
3.Get more gear to feel more and more heroic
4.See other heroes and get motivated
5.Get even better gear and become a greater hero etc etc
Well actually its very much tied to the gamplay too. If a loot based game has loot thats purely only shiny and that loot has not much impact in gameplay the novelty will die quickly.
