Glad someone else realizes they are milking AC. I still think they are good enough and enjoyable, but Brotherhood was hardly an improvement over 2, and Revelations looks to be hardly changed too >_>. They are really not doing the wonders they could be with that franchise. Instead now it is milking the characters as long as they can with only tiny progression to the main story each game....
Don't think he has considered taking rentals and borrowing into consideration for a start.
But ultimately I can kinda understand why it would sell well second hand. I loved the game, but it only took 10 hours and it really felt like a one time experience to me, even with the multiple endings. I actually finished it in one night.... if I bought that at full price man I would have been a bit let down. Should also mention I played my friends copy....

Gonna keep saying this but 30 days is no issue for a game of Skyrims size. It's only DLC too, not the main bulk of the game.

While I loved the old games I also thought N&B was great. It was incredibly fun and creative, just because it wasn't the same as the old games doesn't mean its bad. However I wouldn't mind a new Banjo game that played like the originals in this day and age.
Certainly agree with most of this list. Kotor, Bioshock, Braid, Alan Wake were very big ones for me. There is plenty more out there for sure though.
@bumnut, be glad you don't live here in NZ. We pay some of the highest prices for games in the world and MW3 will be like probably almost twice the price on consoles and PC here than in most of the world.... yet most people will still buy it 'sigh'.

GTA4 definitely was, but RDR a superior alternative? that's also a good joke. RDR was even more overrated imo. Half the issues GTA4 had apparently weren't issues when put into a western setting.

I actually just started playing The Last Remnant on PC recently. Honestly deserves more attention cause it's really quite a good JRPG. I guess the poorly made 360 version got it such a bad reputation though :/
