Here comes the next 3/10
Looking for suggestions too.
I'd suggest a few, but, honestly, it's better if this community is kept here, "away from society" lol
Yup, the one posting disguised ads (without any disclaimer) is one of the managers, so it's a safe bet to say things will go downhill pretty fast from here.
If you don't want to play hide and seek with the relevant information in the ad wal--- article:

PlayStation Plus Game Catalog on day one: great news (for us)
I'd buy it day 1
Ok, but, honestly, it's all great over here...
Bro, come on... Just put Starfield and Spider-Man 2 on Google Trends.
Starfield might be a pos game, but Spider-Man 2 is barely relevant in the context. It just serves to show the draught of games PS is currently on, without any sight of improvement. You bringing Spider-Man 2 to the table pretty much confirms it further.
Time to aceept that M$ pu$hed PS out of the market.
@bloop
They have nearly infinite money, enough to knock a competitor like Sony out of the market.
That’s how long.
@crazyCoconuts
They are good and will get much better now, and I think much much better things will come out of this in the close future. I'm betting on Godot, which is what the community is heavily leaning to.
The thing is... Unity was a jack of all trades. Unreal is worthless for mobile, for instance.
For small games, Godot, Cocos, Defold, Construct, GameMaker etc.
For medium games, Godot, CocosCreator.
For big g...
@Mr
Yes, that’s one of the main concerns remaining.
Still, economically, they’re almost killing one of the biggest gaming markets (F2P), because the usual margin is not enough to put another 20 cents in (or a very expensive top version, for discounts). You might hate F2P, but the market is huge and important for the growth of companies and professionals.
Also their system to accurately counting installs and avoid counting pirate insta...
More like a chickening back
Many others are honoring their words, though
I agree, but, in the current state of game development, there aren't many options. It's not like we can choose to have a FOSS engine taking over right now.
Yeah, but the alternatives aren’t even close. Hopefully this will put Unreal as lead for III, AA and above, and Cocos/Godot for smaller titles.
It’s all uncertain right now.
Unity said Microsoft would be charged in Game Pass games.
The thing is: the contracts usually have clauses that push extra costs forward to the devs.
So, if Unity keeps the policy, either MS accepts the hit alone or the costs will be forwarded to consumers or devs.
Yes, I feel sorry for companies that have stabilized businesses and will have to TRY to shift focus.
For premium games, the fee is not that relevant, but for small, free mobile or free web games, this is a big strike.
The balance between revenue per user and user acquisition cost is usually very tight, and now it has been severely broken.
And if you think “screw F2P and small games”, remember these are the companies and devs that might...
"It's only insider trading if poor people do it"
Also, according to Yahoo, last week "Unity Software Inc's President and CEO John Riccitiello Sells 2,000 Shares".
It continues: "The insider transaction history for Unity Software Inc shows a clear trend: over the past year, there have been 49 insider sells and no insider buys. This could be a red flag for potential investors, as it suggests that those with the most intimate knowledge of the company's operations and prospects are choosing to sell their shares.&...
Exclusivity isn’t an issue. I would buy a XB if I wanted the game, no problem.
The issue is 30 FPS. Ugh. I wouldn’t buy the game even if I already had the lesser console. And it seems mods can’t fix it. Ugh(2).
Wouldn't it be easier to just admit already that they made empty worlds just for marketing's sake, to fool idiots?
"MORE THAN ONE THOUSAND PLANETS TO EXPLORE!!!"
Not only you fell for it, you are fighting for it lol
Thus ends the golden age of gaming
