Halo single player has been total sh!t since 343 took over... its like ms and their dev teams only know how to make decent mp modes and even that has been lacking as of late.
As far as im concerned the next gen doesnt start until the ps5 arrives... The Switch is a nice companion console but unless youre a nintendo fanboy or love handheld gaming, the switch will never reach mass market. If the switch is considered 9th gen than so is the new atari and any other device thats launched before or after it.

Well said, ms have always been a sh!t company! They tricked me with their first xbox into thinking the xbox from from 2001 was going to be a real trend setter. But, then they dropped support for it like a bad habit and then the 3fixme happened and its just been a total sh!t show since. Ms dont even deserve to be in 3rd place. I hope they just turn into a complete gaas next gen and let the real console makers continue giving gamers what they want.
I give the game a 9.5 but 2 things i didnt like were the unskippable cutscenes and the annoying things the kid would say over and over... If you could at the very least mute the kids character outside cutscenes it would have made my experience even better.

Wait for e3 is all we hear, and year after year ms (phillip spencer) say the same thing with no real proof they are giving the xb1 gamers what they are screaming from the rooftops for.
What ms are doing might be good and fine for the diehard xb1 fans but everyone else is jumping ship.

Im thinking switch sales will start dying off in 2018... Nothing released yet on the switch compares to Nintendo 2017 1st party offerings. Mario Odyysey, Zelda, Mario Kart, and Splatoon 2 would be hard to beat. If Pokemon, Metroid Prime 4, and Shin Megami Tensei V all released this year along with Super Smash Brothers id say sure... Where are all the 2018 heavy hitters? Did Nintendo blow their load all in the first year? Signs are pointing to yes.

This game has completely exceeded my expectations just like every single Sony 1st party game. Nintendo and MS i hope youre paying attention.
Ashen and ori does look amazing... But youre right, where are the 1st party AAA devs to show consumers why they bought an XB1X?
New Perfect Dark would be amazing if true but i still kinda wish ms would invest in more than the arcade racers and fps that already flood the xb1. Make some rpg, over the top AAA single player, or i dont know... Anything but more racers and fps mp games.

Hundreds of thousands of consoles sold is exactly what im willing to bet god of war is doing right now. Hell, its the type of game that also gets sales from switch and xb1 consumers so we might even be talking millions on consoles sold off 1 damn game and soon spider man will come cashing in.
