Even though I and people I know haven't come across this issue, I wonder how prevalent the issue is and are we susceptible to this. I hope not and bad news indeed if more people come across this.

IMO, maybe a part of it is for the snap features with apps. But my big guess would be for the Xbox One's VMs for both OSs (Windows 8.1 and the gaming OS.)
Expect some very unique app features from Xbox One when Windows 8.1 releases where Xbox One will seamlessly be compatible with Windows 8.1. Very powerful apps.

If I was a fanboy it would be for PC, but I favor the Xbox One more than the PS4. But you are dead on right about the dramatic graphics for a review. That in it'self should alarm a couple people before going through this review. Review are supposed to be a professional opinion, like Adam Sessler. Not some total bias opinion.

A lil' too early to make assumptions. Live stream is NOT going to be a huge factor into making any difference. Live streaming is just that, LIVE STREAMING! Nothing either console can not achieve.
After Killzone SF it's been like a revised version. As if they picked it up from current and enhanced it with extra visuals nothing more.

that's streaming buddy. Easier to implement and as you stated NOT a huge factor into gaming. This is computing, two different things. You confuse the term cloud.
PS4 does NOT have cloud computing, nor is it design into it's architecture. Azure will be a HUGE benefit for first party developers or developers who want to utilize it. Expect some very interesting gameplay this gen.
