Atleast Nintendo does something when they're in trouble. I just hope this translates into monthly Nintendo Direct Announcements in order to promote the hell out of the Wii U before release.

Of course this was when everyone, including Nintendo, expected to see motion competitors. But they turned up a year later, if i recall correctly.
A - It makes Kinect look even more ridiculous tomorrow.
B - 360 Gamers may just be completely turned off by MS's direction this E3 (this has already been happening with better PS3 sales in the last 12 months)
C - Its similarities to the other core controllers of last gen. make it a perfect substitute.
Classic bait and switch, and Nintendo have done this in complete secret, and just 24 hours before MS start off E3.
You know what's funny?
The assumption that, while Geoff Keighley and Cliff Blezinsky do promo's for promotion of an engine not releasing for another year, most people actually know or care how many pixels / effects a machine will produce.

Nintendo may not change their image over night, but I don't think they have to. Everyone went goddamn nuts when we saw a few quick seconds worth of Mario Wii U (looked like it was styled exactly like Super Mario World's Level Selector).
