Frame rate drops or not... I picked it up at the midnight launch and literally just stopped playing (it's 5:30 am EST right now)
It's fun as hell.
just like the frame rate issues in Fallout 4...
it doesn't really matter that much to me because I'm having a blast playing the game. It doesn't distract me or take me out of "my element". It doesn't take me out of the games atmosphere.
I had a blast with Just Cause 2 so I'm getting it regardless.
I'm actually heading to Gamestop in a few minutes or so to go pick it up.
I'm so glad I didn't bother with Star Wars: Battlefront or Battlefield: Hardline.
EA is horrible.
I'm just trying to find the logic....
Who in their right mind holds an "open beta" a week or two weeks before the game releases worldwide??
That alone should throw up Red Flags...
I mean why do a "open beta" in late November if the game comes out Decemeber 1st...
I can't think of anything logical that would be a good answer to my question.
Yeah I bought it on PS3 day one and I still have it in fact..
I liked the game for what it was. It was a nice showing of improvements from Heavy Rain but it didn't grip me in the same way.
Definitely not a 4... just a clickbait review.
I can't wait for Detroit!
I was playing Fallout during the download time so I had plenty to do haha.
But yeah I can't wait to dive in I downloaded all the free DLC from the PS Store before I fell asleep.
It's definitely $129 or above. not sure exactly though
edit - just looked on gamestop.com it's $119, I was ten bucks over.
Either way too much in my opinion. It screams non-expensive to make to me.
I'm the same way.. I constantly save on over the file with the numbers and I just let the auto-saves do whatever they do.
I always save before I steal stuff (in case I get caught) and other things of that nature aswell, you never know when something could go wrong. haha
They seem to just be getting more and more plasticky and less collectible.
Getting Just Cause 3 but I don't need this.
Didn't even go with the PipBoy Edition of Fallout 4, well that's mainly cuz I don't have a smart phone or a tablet to put inside of it.
I'm also running out of space. I went ahead and canceled my Libertia or whatever edition of Uncharted 4.
Just normal $60 version for awhile unless someth...
Witcher 3 for $25 :) That download size and the time it will take :(
Considering how the developers of Dying Light have been behind the game since Day One and had a game that actually worked as advertised on Day One I don't think this is a big deal.
These dudes gave out tons of free DLC with their #DrinkWater or Stay Hydrated or whatever it was over the summer. People just had to post photos of themselves drinking water. (It was a response to a Red Bull campaign that another game was doing. I don't remember what game it was but Dying L...
pretty clear Bethesda is protected by the parody clause....
considering Fallout 4 is essentially a huge parody of our society.. (fear of constant nuclear war, conspiracy theorists, undertones of racism, etc, etc, etc..)
if you want to argue likenesses or whatever than there could be potentially hundreds of reasons and different things that people would try to argue... Cram=Spam (Parody that the makers of Spam probably don't appreciate), etc, etc, etc.... ...
Because it is a wonderful experience... trudging through the wasteland killing creatures and listening to the back storys of all the people that are trying to survive the harsh world.
and for the first time ever Fallout 4 includes a building option... Holy shit. I've already spent hours upon hours making Sancutary into the biggest settlement of the CommonWealth
Holy shit!!! YES!!!!
This looks fun.. I still need to finish up the platinum
another good episodic game that came out this year is King's Quest (The OddGentlemen/Sierra Games).
it's pretty much the same style as the TellTale Games except more puzzles to figure out and not as straight forward.
The 2nd episode should be coming out sometime pretty soon.
I liked it a lot. I played it a few years ago on PS3 one month when they made it free for the PS+.
It's different from most Telltale Games in terms of the trophies but the main style of game/gameplay is the same..
A lot of replaying episodes or using a walkthrough to make sure you get them all.
I think Michael J. Fox even came back to voice Marty for one of the episodes (I don't think he voiced him in all the episodes but I could be ...
I might check this out..
I've played Back to the Future, TWD 1 & 2 & 400 Days, The Wolf Among Us and Tales from Borderlands
It's called a marketing sponsorship....
Today's NFL game is brought to you by these sponsors.... Fallout 4, etc, etc...
which is then followed up by the associated commercials relating to that said product.
Simple television advertisements 101..
no one is hurting for anything
I don't bother with the chems.. I honestly don't need them..
My main character is pretty decked out to the point that the Chems would just add Overkill to the Overkill that I'm already dishing out.
However on my 2nd character my plan is to be strictly melee/pain train/chems all the time.
