IMO World War 2 Online: Battleground Europe is the best WWII game ever made. A lot of people get put off by the graphics (which they have to compromise on because of the huge scale of the game) but it must be doing something right, it's still going after 10 years which is pretty good for an MMO.

CD Projekt RED really put the big developers to shame. Amazing game and amazing, free, support for it.
The first Witcher was also great IMO. Not many games have kept me interested enough to complete them but the two Witcher games have, several times.
Mass Effect 2 was not as good as Mass Effect (PC versions) IMO

When compared to the things like the unmade bed by Tracey Emins, which is in the Tate Modern in London, is considered art then the beautiful graphics in some video games must definately be considered art.
Damn them, why did they have to put that fugly giant spider in the game! I'll wait till I've spoken to some others who have played the game first so I can ask them where it is and avoid it like the plague :D
Witcher 2 is my GOTY so far. This may change when Skyrim comes out.
Looks great during the day to me. Most games make the colours look too dull and washed out and not realistic at all. This video shows a sunny day in the game, so the colours should be bright like that IMO.
The first person driving animations needs some work though, obviously :)

If you meant hardcore compared to COD, then, maybe yes.
But will the jets be flyable by the player in single player? I doubt BF3 will have huge Arma2 size levels in single player, and even in that game they had to slow the jets down a lot.
This is bad news to me as I'm not interested in multiplayer. Still gonna be a great game I guess. Just hope they are not hiding more bad news :)

Why do all these reviews keep saying the combat is simpler than the first one? Lots of game forums I've been to are filled with player saying the combat is harder and I agree with them! In TW1 you didn't have to bother with blocking as it was done automatically and you had the group attack option. In TW2 you have to block and the group attack option has been removed, which seems like a terrible decision as the enemies usually attack you in groups. And you can't drink potions durin...
I don't get why they would take down the video, unless they don't really have much faith in their own game. If it's good (it looks good to me), the video will provide good, free, publicity.
If it means it's not going to be rushed like ME2 was (with it's crap level design and story that was 95% recruitment and trivial tasks and 5% main story) then I'm gald. On the other hand, they have already said that resource scanning is returning again, which is madness and not a promising sign.

I'm in the same boat, I pre-ordered MW3 a couple of weeks ago and didn't get the option to download DS2 free so I would also like to know what's going on?
If I knew this was going to happen I would have ordered MW3 from somewhere else for less.
