Exactly. Might mess around with a little trading too.
This is great for Playstation really. It means it is the focus of their business, not just a side project. Unlike other companies, their console break 90M+ every time and they sell lots of software. Not much too worry about there.
Lol. This game will be the ultimate filter test.
I'm going to focus on science and survival first. I want to spend a lot of time on extremely hazardous planets and find the craziest lifeforms I can.
I think they should up the PS4 count and reduce the PS3 and Vita to 1 each.
It's the art style and it is absolutely amazing art direction, especially when you factor in the procedural generation of it.
Planet deformation is local. Things like extinction or destroying space stations are saved for everyone. I guess there are what they call 1 in a 100 million life forms, it will be interesting if people try to extinct any of them.

No, sales gauge the interest in the title. Great games are in the eye of the beholder.

They aren't really comparable. One is a circuit racer, the other has you driving through corn fields.
I prefer circuit racing compared to driving in fields.

I just watched the guys video that has now been removed. I explain what I saw before I stop watching below.
SPOILERS (in a way)
I just watched the gameplay from the guy who got the copy, it has since been removed by Sony/Hello Games.
His starting planet was dark, with huge mountains, nothing like we have seen before, it was about 70 degrees. You start with your ship and equipment broken and must repair them. Everything starts out as you expect, mining minerals and such. Then, he starts mining what looks to be a monolith, but isn't. He notices a big cave ope...
I just watched some. OMG.
Nope. He's was just streaming it on Dailymotion. He uploaded some vids too. All I gotta say is, the wait just got was way longer.
The only way this game will fail in my eyes, is if it's completely broken. I couldn't care less how it reviews.
It's my most played too. I still play it.
It is playable offline, you just won't be able to upload discoveries for everyone to see. When you connect online at some point, I wouldn't be surprised if it updated your previous discoveries for everyone else.
The faceplate is so nice. I saw pics of it on GAF earlier.
Me too.
