"So far in our play session we've encountered an Ewok-like creature that was at least seven feet in height. He was on foot, apparently searching for his family. When he found them, they hugged each other and made a an adorable little dance."
I need this now.
@SpaceRanger
In Quantum Break's case it had 75 reviews and ended up at 78.

It had 75 reviews and it is nowhere close to a 90, you can't blame all that on 2 reviews.
You probably shouldn't focus on just the number of the score.
If you read the review and how they got to that score, you would see the graphics (95%) and audio (90%) are the only things that scored highly while the gameplay (74%) and story (77%) scored much lower. The score is an average of all the numbers.
It's not a bad review, but it's definitely not something to rave about.
Naughty Dog's last game didn't win so many awards for being pretty but shallow.

You might be confusing Uncharted and Naughty Dog with something else.
Previews.
Yes. Africa.
I liked it alot.
I'm not saying a direct MP mode, I'm saying a home planet type situation. If everyone is going there, it only makes sense.
Yeah, it think it will be mid 7s as an average.
It definitely not a game for everyone. Some will love it, some will hate it.
Sometimes games just catch on, look at Minecraft or Rocket League, they outsell alot of AAA titles. No Man's Sky might be next in line. This game is already getting attention on prime time media outlets, not just gaming sites.
Everyone who has played the game says that's not the case, actually quite the opposite. Hello Games have also made a point to show "human like" stuff, it gets crazy Alien out there from everything I've heard.
About co-op, the center has to be the best chance for that, they might just not be saying anything about it. Maybe not, but it only makes sense, there might be some sort of hub there.
This game is well known about by casuals, don't underestimate this title. It won't outsell Uncharted 4, but it will do extremely well.
It definitely one of them. I expect it to get mixed reviews, but sell very well.
Alot of my casual gamer friends are super interested in this game, I think it will surprise alot of people just how well it does.
Why is that?
The game has a 78 average on metacritic, which is not a bad score. But the defense surrounding this score is embarrassing.
That's a rough review.
"Do not play if ...
You're looking for an interesting action game which focuses on gameplay."
@moldy
There is no doubt Quantum Break is a nice looking game. Some it comes at a pretty high cost, like some serious ghosting and pixelation in the lighting and shadows.
It holds 30 FPS very nicely, at the expense of Image Quality, Shadow Quality, Screen Tearing, Ghosting, Low Resolution Volumetric Lighting, Texture Pop In and has long Load Times on top of all that.
After seeing the Uncharted 4 previews, the Last Of Us 2 or whatever it's called is going to be insane. The level of detail Naughty Dog is achieving is unreal.
