This type of thinking is why cops get away with killings in the past. Especially when there isn't any footage on what actually happened which allows them to paint the image that victim was always the aggressor when that may not have been the case.

As long as they remake Killzone 2 from the ground up for PS5, I'll be happy. I wouldn't mind a reboot storywise, my main concern is the multiplayer. I'm not a huge FPS or multiplayer guy, but KZ2 is one of the few that I truly loved playing. KZ3 and Shadow Fall disappointed me on those fronts.

You can say that about TFLOPS, ray tracing, CPU etc. We've gone through this entire gen with great games without ray tracing and single digit TFLOPS, so any significant upgrades in those departments should be seen as satisfactory. Yet that doesn't stop people from saying one is superior or inferior than the other or crying about variable clocks as if it would give developers headaches.

60fps is always possible. It's all about how much a developer is willing to sacrifice in order to achieve it.
The newer machines allow for, on most cases, for games of last gen's visual fidelity to run at 60fps or more, but If a dev wants push graphics even further than last gen then frames will suffer.
Frames is more about what a developer is tying to achieve than it is what the console is capable of.
Some will, some won't. As it is with every generation.
