I'm not a huge DMC fan so I don't necessarily care about which Dante they use, but I do feel for those that would rather have the classic Dante.
As a Crash and Spyro fan I would rather not have them in the game if they're the newer Activision versions. I want the classic PS1 versions. I don't care if they play like the PS1 versions. If you are going to make them play like the classic why not use the classic character design?

It's stupid to say that if you hadn't played X game you aren't a real gamer. If someone isn't into JRPGs they're never going to play FF7. If someone isn't into fighting games they aren't going to play Virtua Fighter. It's that simple. People play what they are interested in.
This is what's going to be the problem with PSA Battle Royale. Casual games will always remain EASY to develop and SIMPLE to play. They are called "casual" for a reason.
