So we can go on rooftops. That either means that there will be a lot of buildings we can enter(if not all of them) or that there will be vehicles such as helicopters that we'll be able to pilot or it could be both. Can't wait for more details on this game.
Awww man! Damn you Abriael lol!
Got me hyped :(
I cosign that. I want an open-world Gotham City with filled with civilians and the bat vehicles.
Edit: @ TopDudeMan
You don't have to worry about that as Rocksteady has already shown that they can tell a compelling story in an open-world game with Arkham City. Also Red Dead redemption is another open world game that has a huge world with a great story as well. Also great stoy driven games like Metal Gear and the Witcher are going the open world route wit...
Might have to start referencing ND as Naughty Gods if that's truly their engine and if that's truly what the engine will bring. The magic they do is unbelievable. This isn't even a new engine too and yet look at the beauty. hotdamn!
***"I mainly just come here to joke around and laugh at people that are strangely in love with multibillion dollar companies and the figureheads attached to them."***
That explains your trolling.
Also if this is a dupe mind linking me to it? This is the first I've seen this article. I'll be happy to report it since people are obviously too lazy to do it. Love complaining about dupes but never bother to report it.
Edit: never...
There has only been two Batman games(Three I guess if you picked up the cash grab Origins that wasn't developed by Rocksteady. That's your fault). And you don't know what the details of the next game is. Although it isn't likely to have day/night cycles, you just never know what Rocksteady might have up their sleeves.
I hope it's more than just Manhattan. I hope for 4 of the 5 at least, they can leave out Stat.
If it was similar to Destiny people would have definitely trashed it as being a copy especially since it would have been an exclusive, seeing as exclusives are always under the microscope and nitpicked to death for obvious reasons.
New IPs have to show promise though. I'm all for refreshing new IPs, but that's only if they look like they're going to be a good game.
***"It goes both ways my friend. No side is better than the other."***
You'd be surprised how many think that isn't the case.
Anywho, it's a good move to to reach out to these devs. Quality devs are hard to come by and these guys are coming from a respectable place. Very unfortunate that they got laid off.
They need to go back to KZ2's art direction. They need to go back to KZ2 for everything overall.
lol... Day one purchase assuming Rockstar is making it.
Red Dead was the best open world game last gen. RDR2 is a day one purchase for me.
You do realize that The Last of Us team wanted to do Jak 4 at first right? But guess who decided to scrap it and do TLoU instead because they realized that they couldn't make a Jak & Dax game that they wanted while trying to stay true to the Jak franchise's roots at the same time? Sony? Nope, it was Naughty Dog. You're the one that needs to get real and stop living in falsehood.
And it's not like ND are the only ones to have said this. Quantic Dream have s...
If you knew an *official* price cut was going to come 3 months after launch then you would be correct. People expect a price cut a year or two after launch not within a few months. A lot of people that bought at launch in the UK would have waited for this steal of a deal if they knew an official price cut was coming and that the most anticipated game of the console was going to be packed in for free.
What's the price of the infamous bundle? If the infamous ps4 bundle cost...
Not really. This is a perfect example of why not to buy a console at launch. Sure if everyone waited the system would fail, but in reality not everyone waits. Impatient people exist.
If you're impatient or if you like what a console offers you at launch then go ahead and buy it, it's not wrong to do so. But steals like the recent XB1 price cut in the UK with a free copy of Titanfall is THE reason why the patient and those that like to get the best bang for their buck...
Only on N4G does bringing up any valid points in an attempt debunk a 'rumor' or explain why a certain circumstance has occured is considered to be 'damage control', 'defense force', or 'fanboy excuses.'
If the game would have ran 30fps at 900p then the devs should have done it. But they didn't why? Incompetent developers is the answer, but I guess that's damage control according to you.
They've been saying that for a while now.
***"I hate to burst your bubble but all the developers and publishers were as much behind the Online DRM as MS was. Sony was right there too. They just happened to have the good fortune of MS being the first out of the gate with their announcement giving them the option to drop Online DRM and allow the wrath to focus on MS."***
Nothing said here is "*fact*", I just wanted to point that out.
Can't wait for this game myself too.
Origins doesn't exist in my reality-- hell it doesn't even exist in Rocksteady's reality seeing as they're calling Arkham Knight the final chapter of the 'trilogy' even though this is technically the fourth game. Origins was nothing but a quick cash grab for Warner Bros. that wanted to capitalize off that Arkahm City $$$ money.
This game is taking place in Gotham and has the Batmobile which fufi...
