I think Microsoft will have a big week as well. I hope they have some great games for Natal. Games like Trials HD compatible with Natal. This is a 360 hidden gem even though it sold extemely well on arcade.
What's the big deal, If you like them, you will buy them. If you don't you won't. See simple.
Borderlands and Crackdown 1 without the cool explosions. FPS Black and Crackdown used the same Criterion engine.
Still, the lighting looked good. Games seem to be obsessed with the whole banana yellow color lighting right now.
Not impressed with ANY of the trailers shown tonight. Step backwards if you ask me. Gears of War 3 will be shown on Monday if not on Thursday. At this point Gears is in competition with itself. Halo Reach on Wednesday should be interesting...
Microsoft is going all out this year. MTV, Spike TV, live feed from times square, the financial heartland of the United States!!!. WOW, if you are part of this presentation, you must be impressed with Microsoft and they're plan and VERY lucky. They have banned any mention of games till E3 gets started. Nothing but scraps of maybe and maybe not comments this week. Best part, ALL gaming will benefit from this. People will be talking about games and hopefully, how great they are.
Well, I like to look at the new adverts at the end of the week. Strange thing NO 360 ads this week, At ALL!!! None at Walmart, future shop etc... anywhere. Fathers Day coming up and no ads. No doubt, A new price and more than likely a new " slim " type of 360 incoming.
Anybody else have the same experience with the advertisements.
The game has not met sales expectations. It has sold well but EA wants 5 million on every game sold these days. Maybe they are right.
The game is a hybrid that has NOT been explained and marketed correctly. I think you will see a lot of the gun play mechanic in the demo. People still think it's only a RPG. It's a lot more than that, the demo, they hope will show that. Mass Effect 3 will have multi-player next time around. That should be interesting. Rumor is that E3 wil...
Well that is some really dumb trolling. Video games are played INDOORS. By attacking Natal with that line of thinking, you've attacked gaming at large. It's bad enough when the President of the United States attacks video games and gamers, now we have gamers ( assuming your a gamer ) themselves attacking gamers. Rather sad.
Project Natal is a casual gaming device, no different than the Wii or the Move. If you don't like it say so. If you have a problem with vide...
I agree, E3 is not mainstream like the Oscars, BUT THANKFULLY Microsoft does think it is. They, the casual gamers out there, may or may not of heard of E3, BUT they have heard of MTV and Spike TV.
Microsoft knows what they are doing. Project Natal will blow the casual gamers away. Did you notice that this article is from the LA Times? Do you think casual gamers read newspapers?
It is nice to see M$ spending HUGE dollars to promote gaming. I always thought that gaming deserved a bigger show and this is looking like it will be that. I thought the cirque de soleil thing was on Sunday? Regardless, ALL gamers and the whole gaming community will benefit from M$ attempt to raise the level of excitement for games AND for the non-gaming types.
This has been mentioned before. M$ has an agreement with LG for a 3D 360 bundle that will release in Korea, and depending on how much interest 3D generates, may release in other areas. M$ doesn't see a long term interest in 3D. Of course Sony does and has gone all out to promote 3D.
To answer your question, the 360 has 3D capability built in. We may here about it at E3. The bundle goes on sale at the end of June. Deal was signed in early May. Like I said, OLD NEWS.
Sunday June 13 the entire gaming community around the world we be there. No pressure.
Well, come this Sunday, the ONLY thing the gaming community from around the world will be talking about will be Natal.
Monday morning at work people will be saying, Hey, did you see that new Natal thing.
Sony knows M$ has a huge show coming and is making sure that there product is scene as well.
So is Crytek, EA, you name it. The 2 wks BEFORE E3 always has pre E3 footage. Starting Sunday, it all changes.
Looks like this game could surprise some people. Graphics look really good.
It is looking great at the moment. This could be a pleasant surprise. Found this preview with great footage.
Cliffy B is a gamer first and foremost. Anybody who has followed gaming knows this. He must be livid. Did you see how happy and excited he was that lost planet wanted to include Gears characters in there game. He was completely humbled by that experience. The man is no douche bag.
E3 will have gameplay for Brink, MOH, Crysis, COD, and Halo Reach. We will see for our selves in a few days. This week expect some more videos.
Say what you want, this guy loves his job.
I enjoyed Crackdown 1 a lot and expect a lot from Crackdown 2. Open world multi-player with those explosions will be epic.
Alan wake game engine video.
Desperation...you need a blade to make that scratch...Listen carefully at the beginging...lol...rather pathetic...
Never had scratch problems, of course...I don't move my consoles let alone turn them upside down when they are playing. That goes for my Wii and PS3.
