no i'm saying it doesn't matter, and only fools care
it really isnt, the number of 1080p sets that were available when these consoles were released was amazingly small
the majority of the market still doesnt have a 1080p set
the only reason this article has this many comments is because every 360 article gets turned into a pissing contest by the usual crowd
it clearly is not 30, detailed on every fact sheet, the ms press conference, it has been 60fps
the only issue is whether or not it is 1080p. it definitely is 60fps
but i'm sorry your the expert because you watched videos on youtube
im amazed at the amount of arguing that goes on over resolutions
the amount of you who could actually identify 1080p vs 720p blindly is probably only a handful
90% of games on both systems upscale and they look fantastic so what is the problem?
it has also been scientifically proven that to achieve true photo-realism a lower resolution is preferred because at a certain point the human eye cannot perceive certain things correctly
higher reso...
this article does a fantastic job of saying NOTHING
it is probably true, they demoed it to tons of people with burnout paradise so if a game that was out for a year+ can be modified to work with it a game that has yet to be released can obviously work
i wonder what kind of pointless downloads you'll be able to buy from the game?
perhaps they will sell some more cheats
i don't understand where you got the "in other words part"
nothing he said rules out 360, it runs on PC it will run on 360, they share extremely similar architecture...there is very little 'porting' involved
after seeing alan wake and splinter cell you really can't say 360 cant do this or cant do that
those are 2 of the best looking games at the show period, the feeling has been expressed by professionals throughout the industry from journalist...
considering microsoft footed the bill for a huge portion of development on splinter cell you can rule that one out
also if we havent seen mass effect 1 goto ps3 it is probable 2 isn't showing up, MS and bioware had a prior agreement which EA said publicly they won't break
so really the only one up in the air is final fantasy which i think will go
but the probability of those going to ps3 are much slimmer than that of FFXIV going to xbox
i have no doubt it will come to xbox a few months later
FFXI was on xbox, all the groundwork is there, PC version exists
it will be there i'm sure of it, not that i'll play it, i thought XI sucked
motion controls are just gimmicks to me, i honestly don't have much desire to use them whether they have buttons or not
natal won't cost 200, that is more than the console itself
if you actually believe that youre ignorant
it isn't planned to launch for quite some time, it'll probably come bundled with some games, i say at most $70
i won't be buying this, especially if it is on par with the first game
i firmly believe the first l4d wasn't worth $60...maybe $40 at best
a 4 hour campaign and limited multiplayer really left a sour taste in my mouth
we will see how the 2nd holds up but i have hug doubts, development time is way too short for as small as valve is, they can crank this game out in a year but it takes 3-4 for a half life episode
something is fishy
highly highly doubt that is the final box
the game still ahs a year or more before release
i believe he referring to the paint editor in forza
which gt sadly does not have
truth be told a lot of high perfomance sportscars are plastic....
if you really think natal is an eyetoy copy you are sadly mistaken
perhaps you aren't aware why spielberg cares....he was/is a developer
ea los angeles was dreamworks interactive...spielbergs company
they actually nerfed smoke grenades last weekend, they reverted them back to basically what they were in gears 1
now they only cause you to cringe for a second and your back playing, definitely improved over the rolling around on the ground
if 360 maxed out with gears 2 then why do alan wake and the new splinter cell both look better?
