funimation doesn't do the dub for Pokemon. None of the major Anime Dubbing Company do.
And no Nintendo owns 96% of Monolith Soft.
The 4% is Namco but because Nintendo owns near 100% of them. Namco is only allowed to create Exclusive games for Nintendo if they want to develop a game with Monolith Soft.
Which is why Project X Zone 1 and 2 were 3DS exclusives.
