Fan project would be something like Mother 4, Project M, Pokemon Rom Hack games and so on.

Except the developer themselves has already stated they would like to work with Nintendo game on Bayonetta 3 when the time comes plus. Bayonetta has a better reception with the Nintendo fanbase. Thanks to it's exclusivity and Smash Bros.

the PS4 should be ashamed. Wii U had less than 12 games released retail wise in Japan since last year.

If it was also Xbox One and PC the those audience wouldn't favor retro style games over modern games especially for the price of $40 or however it cost in Japan for PS Vita.
Console isn't the place for Retro style JRPG or JRPG in general much. Only a several franchises can still do well.
The Alola Vulpix are permantely Ice type. Meaning the one you catch in that region. Now if you have a Vulpix and transfer it to Alola it may end up evolving into the Alolan Ninetails.
