I HATED MW2. But black Ops does look more promising. Killstreak rewards don't count towards killstreak, wager matches, gun games. I can't control how bad other players make it, which will inevitably happen, but as far as content goes, Black Ops looks good.
I disagree with the article, but Gizmodo is pretty respected when it comes to non-viedo game tech.

so why would anyone pay for the expensive tv with glasses when LG has cheep ones. Obvioulsy they are more comfortable, but it wouldn tbe hard to make nice fitting cinema style glasses

It was just my thoughts. I have no factual proof, but there are so many other great games on PS3 you would think it would make sense to purchase one in between the launch of the PS3 and the launch of GT5.

I agree, and I am glad they are working on fixing it instead of expecting people to go out and buy a flash drive. Well atleast I hope thats what they are doing. They never said how they are trying to fix it. :)
Thats assuming MS knew about it and were ok with it.
You can assume they did and its not a far stretch to do so, but no one really knows.

GT5 is gonna be a badass game, but I don't see it selling consoles. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me like most (not all) GT5 fans will already have a PS3.
I dont think its marketing as much as it was the difference in quality when comparing the PS3 fat to PS3 slim and the 360 fat to the 360 slim.
The PS3 fat was already a very reliable machine. The PS3 slim was a very nice upgrade, but since the regular PS3 had no problems, there was less need to upgrade.
The crappy hardware and the unreliablity of the fat 360 have almost made it a necessity to upgrade when possible.

I am confused....didn't launch PS3's play PS2 games...why do you need new hardware to do so now?

If thats the case then isn't this pretty dumb? They are making you pay for something that was originally included that got taken away.

I personally think KZ3, Reach, and MAG are more fun and offer less " I want to stick a fork in my eye because of these GD campers" moments.
MW2 was built for campers. Thats what made it far less fun than it's counterparts.
