So far I am loving My PS4 I do wish they would fix the BF4 issues. Its the only game I play where I get booted from a server..... AC4 and KZSF heck even NBA2k14 online is as smooth as silk. BF4 however..... get into a match and ...... random boot.
Wont lie I cracked up when he said that. I pick mine up in a little over 9 hours, hopefully everything goes smoothly. All of the people that were blowing Sony failure rates out of proportion I hope this does not come back as a karma bomb.

Honestly when I look at it The X box one only has one game at launch, Killer Instinct. That's the game I will be downloading later on tonight. I have never been a big fan of Forza and this one looks like more of the same even though it looks very pretty.
I already Have AC4,BF4,NFSR and NBA2K14 on my PS4 so no need to get them again. I am on the fence with Dead Rising 3. Now that Ryse is a complete bust I think PS4 has the overall stronger line up.

Several people that have played both versions.. (Actually played not watched videos) Have stated that. "The PS4 Multiplayer looks better than the XB1 single player."
I have been playing the PS4 version nonstop since it dropped so I will not be getting it when I pick up my XB1 tomorrow night but a friend of mine already has his XB1 Copy we will run them side by side tomorrow night.

I have to admit that was very impressive.I shudder to think what they will do with the PS4 hardware.
1. Do not yank the power cord as that is bad for the system.
2. There is nothing wrong with your system it is sorting files and preparing to shut down. The white light flashing is a good thing have a bit of patience.
3. Once you select turn off from the menu it can take up to 10 seconds for it to completely shut off. Walk away go do something else it WILL shut down.

Glad I'm not the only one. All these reports of overheating and whatnot, it's hard to take that seriously when me and a few friends have been on BF4 nonstop and no one has had any issues and most of our consoles don't even get warm after extended play.
I'm not sure if you are serious but even as I sit here waiting to pick up my XB1 I am not blind to the fact that all multiplats look better on PS4. Its the same thing PS3 players had to deal with during the XB360 era.
Also the only reason for the patch is Microsofts rules. You know the one... All games have to have parity when released or we don't want them on our console. The only good thing is that Devs found a way around Microsofts controlling ways.

not having any issues playing online and I am on BF4 constantly. Also about the fan issues I have had no such issues lay the console down flat if you are standing it up. Where is your system? Everyone keeps posting about heating issues and loud fans when I literally played BF4 for 8 hours and the machine was still cool .... Is there that much disparity between systems?

I am currently on a PS4 BF4 binge .... 7 hours in no heating issues no blue light or red light of death.... no jet engine.... nothing but good fun gaming. I got my PS4 last night and the only issue I have had is getting on PSN. Today I have been able to get on PSN and have played my console pretty much all day. I have played Killzone ,Assassins Creed,Nba2k14 and Battlefield and have had no fan issues at all there were a few times where I honestly had to put my ear near the machine to hear anything and this is while playing the game. Also the unit produces little to no heat what so ever.
