Looks fun but it is very ugly graphically looks very very last gen.
They are purposely not showing every aspect of the powers. They went so far as to blank things out in the press event. That said, this game looks amazing and power progression sounds very interesting... cannot wait to pick this up already have the collectors edition paid off.
Honestly Parity will not happen, it is just the developer trying to push units. You don't come out and say one version of the game looks better if you want them all to sell. Unless of course you are Hideo Kojima. The pecking order will be the same as it always is PC ultra > PS4 Very High > XB1 High. Between the console versions there will either be a resolution or frame rate discrepancy..... there always is.

I do think it will be very big with the FPS community those that already like CoD or BF but I do not see it reeling in anyone who does already not like this genre.
All of the "This game would be better on PS4." Comments need to stop. I own all 3 systems (Yes I have a Wii U) and really believe Microsoft should just buy the IP outright. Generally when a title comes out on a system it is associated with that system even if it eventually goes multiplat. I would rather not see part II of this on PS4 at all.
Wait what? TR BF4 and COD on PS4 all trounce the XB1 versions graphically. I really cannot believe you would even post something like that. I have both system so its not a sony omg sony thing its a wtf are you talking about thing. Of the 3 games you mentioned TR looks to have higher quality textures on the PS4 as compared to the XB1.......
The order is still 1080p native .....
I pray this is not a flop .... all of the money invested in this game ..... that has got to be a lot of pressure.

The biggest problem I think Nintendo is facing is a lack of third party support. They produce amazing quality first party games but they can only do so many First party games a year. The indy games they are releasing are ok but nothing to write home about and the only big third party game they have on the horizon is watchdogs which will more than likely not do well on their console as most people will probably just pick up the XB1 and PS4 versions.

I own both XB1 and PS4 and Ryse is not the best looking game available for the consoles. Currently the absolute best looking game is tomb raider on PS4 followed by Tomb raider on XB1. Ryse looked amazing at first then I noticed how static and lifeless the game was. Killzone also looks absolutely amazing and has better lighting than ryse but not better character models. The weather backgrounds animation and atmosphere in Tomb raider blows them both out of the water. Waiting on Infamous next mo...
Right not it looks like the Order 1886 is going to set the tone for Next Gen Graphics and Physics but we shall see. I am very interested to see what XB1 First party titles look like. I really do not count the first wave games.... KZSF, Knack,Forza and Ryse are all pretty much tech demos some more fun and better looking than others but none of them are spectacular.
It was for artistic reasons,the CONCEPT ART they used BEFORE PRODUCTION EVEN BEGAN had the bars at the top and bottom of the screen because that was the artistic vision they were going for from the start.

Yea I cannot think of another console game with 4xAA either. Matter of fact I cannot think of another game Console or PC that renders everything in the game with soft body physics. There is a lot of tech in this game.
@mainsqueeze completely agree the game is nothing at all like skyrim and is pretty generic even by MMO standards.
I just cannot wait to see the physics in motion. It is crazy to me how much tech is in this game that is being overlooked.

Funny all the disagrees for stating a fact. I will still be buying the game because it does look fun but graphically it is very unimpressive ..... just go look at the footage of Evolve and compare the two graphically.....
