Tons of games show stylized screenshots, even for dlc after the game released. I don't see how it's shocking or misrepresenting, the game is there for everyone to see.
Since you are here as the writer. I suggest you refrain from submitting "articles" Until you have actual researched facts to share or direct communication with developers at least. At this point you are spreading misinformation and false concerns (some of which have been addressed and purposefully altered for the beta).
Just a single example, you as the author can research the rest outside of this including the many interviews with the developers about the direction...
The co-op dlc was awesome, just wish there was more.
I don't know if it's so much them being lazy as you having a pessimistic view because of your rose colored nostalgia glasses.
Take your smartphone or tablet, go to the website of your game or affiliated sites, read tons of info about it, watch videos about it, use forums for even more.
Thanks for all the great comedic comments, and to think they call Conan O'Brien the "Clueless Gamer".
What's funny is some people are all bent out of shape that it isn't all of NYC. Manhattan alone is over 20sq miles of land not counting underground. All of NYC would be over 300sq miles of above ground land. Add the water area and it's almost 470sq miles. The underground would be a whole other ridiculous size.
I am just happy it's almost 1:1 and it should look and feel just as dense and enormous as Manhattan really is. I fully expect more area to open up down ...
PC beta doesn't start until January 28th... Why not wait until more then a handful of earlier players get to try it and find out what features purposely aren't in the beta because well it's a beta and not the final release.
This article is literally pure shit, I don't go out of my way to bash much if anything but this is by far as you said overly analytical and cynical.
Cleary they are either trolls looking for hits or don't have a clue about the Fallout universe outside of Fallout 4 and even in that aspect they are casual at best.
They would have done the world a favor by just shutting the fudge up without spouting an opinion on something they have no knowledge about.
I am gonna check it out for sure but not sure if I will like it enough to stick around long term or play very often. I am a War Thunder die hard almost level 70 with almost 150 unlocked vehicles, 143 bought to use and 129 of them already maxed out for one country out of five.
I think I prefer the more realistic approach of War Thunder to World of Tanks which is more arcade style. But again I will take advantage of the PS+ perks and give it a good hefty try for a bit.
Maybe you should look at the terms/services you agree to before playing online...
BTW I also play a game called War Thunder which had open chats on top of the normal private in game chats. They recently got rid of general chats because of the constant abuses and now only have chats moderated by official mods or private chats which people can also be reported. Would you prefer they heavily restrict and regulate or have a general friendly place for everyone because I honestly m...
It's been around forever and is meant for those with multiple systems. Back in ps3 days it was 5 devices but because of abuse they lowered it to 2 devices.
They aren't gonna suddenly take away or ban people from putting their games on 2 systems since many do own 2. It's been very common and they would only hurt their own digital sales trying to regulate it.
@djplonker
Nice stealth edit. At first you said something along the lines of
"Why are you so angry over video games, no wonder there are so many school shootings in the U.S."
Seems to me you are the one all upset and being overly petty because you don't agree with someone else. Way to raise the bar with that insensitive and immature comment.
All I am hearing is more excuses for their laziness to make even minor improvements to the game. Half the things being changed in The Taken King were defended furiously for months and months by oversenstive fanboys.
How is it basically every other REAL MMO has matchmaking or a system within the game to find others? Why is it Destiny which has only MMO elements needs websites to do what full fledged MMOs have been doing for years?
There are many things they co...
Ps4 and X1 have been out not even 2 years and will have over 40milion install base by or shortly after 2 years. PC has had the 1080p option for well over a decade...
That's exactly what sullynathan is trying to convey. Some PC players talk as if everyone is playing on a high end purpose built gaming machine and that their experience mirrors all others. Example would be people touting brand specific graphics card features as if everyone on PC is using them or has the hardware to do so.
Where is he implying higher standards are a bad thing?
He is basically pointing out how some PC players attempt to blame consoles for a games overall quality when they should be blaming lower end PCs which are why the min requirements are so low. They are usually much lower then consoles.
Either way they shouldn't be complaining at all because consoles and lower end PCs are what "funds" a majority of the games. They are basically just crying bec...
It for me was one of the few games that really got to me on a somewhat personal level. I really felt for the characters and wanted more then anything to "make things right", by the last few missions I was literally wanting Redemption at all costs. The sense of satisfaction at the end left me in awe as very few games end on such an epically high note.
Best story easily.
I thought the modding was always planned to go to PC first, Xbox second and PS third.
