People need to stop comparing it to Uncharted. This is Tomb Raider and this reboot gets it right. Uncharted is more of a National Treasure style game. TR games are about raiding Tombs and Catacombs, but I will say this, the new TR steps up the combat and yeah it borrows from UC, but in a lot ways did it better, just my imo.

This game might be fun, but no matter what the stakes will never be as high as they were in God of War 3. This prequel is nothing more than a story filler. Expensive glorified DLC.
I knew it when it was first announced. God of War: Ascension will never top GOWIII. That game was just too EPIC and Grand for it's own good. I saw the peak of the series. So going back now feels less impressive. While it's awesome to play as Kratos again. God of War: Ascension is nothing more than glorified DLC to add to the story of Kratos's main quest.
This new Tomb Raider game takes place on one island. It’s about surviving. It has a very serious dark tone to it. It’s violent and rated M for mature. It also has better graphics than Uncharted. Granted Uncharted was never on a PC, but anyway, you can set up base camps to upgrade your weapons and perks. You can hunt. Use Survival Instinct to tell you where to go next.
You can use a Bow and Arrow and even use it to attach ropes between two points and use it for getting across....

Crysis 3 feels like Crysis 2.5. I don't know why I was expecting a bigger leap in graphics and sounds. It felt like more of the same just slightly improved.
