I dunno man, after watching that video it made CoDMw2 look dated.

what are you talking about? the girls I see on Uncharted has more clothes on than Lara Croft, Tomb Raider's marketing is showing Lara's boobs, Uncharted is a fully clothed guy jumping around... and shooting.. and awesome gameplay.

I think that they're trying to lure current PSP owners to shift towards PSPGO but they probably figure out that none of those peope will be willing to fork out $250 on a new PSP, so it'll be probably more profitable for them just basically after a new Audience, the ones who currently don't own a PSP.
Lack of Originality? i'm wonder which aspect of the game lacks originality.. could it be level design? battles? coz those are the only things I could see that many games have, other than that everything is awesome.

is a first party company, OWNeD by sony, that means, I think, that they don't see any of the money made by Uncharted, Sony gets it. The only thing they get is Sony's praise and more funding for projects.
I know that when you plan to make something today and that something might take 4 years to develop, that means you have to think 4 yrs in advance..
now going by that, are they sure that the new engine will work with the technology 4 years from now? coz the rate that technology is jumping, especially the GPUs and CPUs, it's like 10 steps froward every 6 months.
I'm not saying the new consoles are coming 4 years from now, just hypothetically speaking.

that ball is called a track ball, the eyetoy acts like a motion capture camera, you know, the same ones they use for MoCap for CGI and Games...
the ball has to be outside in order for the camera to track it, thus giving us 1:1 response. thanks the the eyetoy's 60fps ability.
you see, Killzone 2 is directed to capture those hardcore gamers.. Halo is a generic shooter (in terms of gameplay) that welcomes EVERYBODY... so you'll see more sales on Halo because it doesn't punish noobs that bad compared to killzone 2
will buy anything with halo on it.
Halo is a well established franchise, of course it will sell well
killzone 2 is not a well established franchise YET, the first game didn't break grounds but it did garner enough loyal fans.
Story telling in movies is linear, and the viewers do not have the ability to control its course...
in video-games depending on how complex they want it to be, story telling can be deeper than what movies can offer, and if done right, players can choose how they want the story to be told.
