I don't agree with the cross-game voice chat, it should be a standard PSN feature.
got mine
PC/Ps3 is the way to go
are they gonna be able to maintain the graphics?
here's the freaking deal:
any ps3 owners here that follows Killzone 2 remembers about the Bullet Commercial, right? it was made into a free downloadable demo. anyways, GG used the game's engine for that commercial, they amped up EVERYTHING, poly counts, texture resolution, particle effects, everything not only to show great visuals but to stress teh engine. Now, compared that to Halo Reach.
It looks like they're still using teh Halo 3/ODST engine but for that present...
I lol'd
usually PS3 doom articles comes out every NPD or "TEH SALES TIME AGAIN!" months where the big 3 posts how much consoles they sold.
is he speaking for gamers or speaking for himself?
I thought losing final fantasy XIII is the final nail to PS3's coffin?
!!!!
but nooo.. using word "suck" shows how much professionalism they have. which is close to none.
they basically lowered their standard and equal it to those fanboy who think they are real journalist if they can pay $5 a month for a website and post blogs about their uneducated opinions and post it on N4G to gain hits.
after reading that... think about it:
1. PC build of games + 360 controller = MOst PC/360 exclusive demos ?
so when I see a 360 game that is also on a PC, I expect it to be PC build with 360 controller being use, so that Alan Wake demos that they showed us a while back when they said it was a PC/360 game, I bet it was the PC build with the 360 controller. Mass effect, L4D1 and 2, etc, etc, etc,..
Is Insomniac a THIRD party developer? I thought they where an independent Company and a SECOND party developer for $ony..
I think the OP of that crapticle does not know about 1st party, SECOND party and 3RD party developers.
just because it doesn't play like a rail shooter it doesn't mean like it's a let down.
hmm.. the kids in the picture looked like they are in the 90s decade, that controller is from the PS1, so today, those kids are in their 20s.. owning ps3s, and from what I remember, there use to be an article here about sony releasing a survey about their core PS3 audience, which are males and 28 years old and college graduates..
I can't find that article..
in the drawing board..
like pissing off your GF
last night, 3 lobbys in a row and then two more on the PC versions, we had:
Aimbotters/aim assist hacks
Wallers/ Wall hackers/ see through wall cheaters
Javelin Glitchers/ you kill one of them and their javelin blows off killing you if near.
Knife hackers/you knife them they knife you first.
and I though the saving grace for no dedicated servers was the IW.net controlled servers, hell, you couldn't even KICK anybody.. that's just fuking retarded.
not in japan, korea, sweden, etc...
USA currently is ranked around the 20s when it comes to internet speed.
it should be standard period. too bad for XBL subscribers that they have to pay to Play online.
I guess I see your point, coming from PC gaming, that feature needs to be standardized. Although I need third party software to text/voice chat with friends, I pay nothing for it.
I guess sony needs something to pull users into paying for premium.
if they Slap a $25/year on that then i'm sold.
