Crysis didn't do anything that Half Life didnt do in it's time. It was an avg shooter. FPS's don't impress me that much any longer because they lack a lot of substance. What makes Crysis stand out amongst Halo, Half Life, Modern Warfare, or Battlefield? They all changed the FPS genre for what it is today. There's not much you can do to it now. Because Midway went bankrupt. It was around until 2008 but had to remove the NFL tag, so what's the difference. If it was to come back it just be BLITZ just like it was before. Crysis wasn't that impressive to be hailed the best looking game ever. Most of the hype comes from people who it heard from a friend that heard it from another friend that read it off an internet website.

FTR, I am not a fan, but I think Killzone 3 will be the best looking shooter if it's released around the same time. Can you imagine what Battlefield would be like with KZ's graphic engine?

I love the Battlefield Demo. I cannot stop playing even though it maxes you out at Rank 2 and few weapons. I have played the beta and I know what is yet to come. I had 24,000 point in one match. 10,000 for the 100 headshot pin. I went 47/6 and earned at least 20 other pins. Too bad it's just a demo. I have racked up of 250,000 points in 3 weeks and that's w/o playing everyday. I was fooling around one night and wasn't really targeting anyone but kept getting shot while I was exploring.
