Take-Two spent too much money during that lawsuit not to bring this game out. they would not have fought if they didn't want to see this thing through. Can you understand the media circus this release would create if they said DUKE NUKEM FOREVER IS COMPLETED. I would tweak it and release an announcement at E3 2011.

Whether the battery is built in or not...what difference does it make? When the dual shock battery starts to die, what do you do? Plug the charger to it through the USB port? He said it would be $100, but on the flip side PSN also started a subscription service just like MS did as predicted. You cant provide everything MS does for free. In order for PS3 only users to get all that content, you have to pay. Thats why you have to pay for PSN+
