Been using the nightly builds of the FF3 beta's for awhile now and i'm very impressed.
Bugzilla really is a really professional community and you can see the improvements from every build

Yeh so what... tons of games are at a solid 30fps. For a console that's 100% acceptable and certainly more frequent than 60fps.
Running at 60fps often requires lots of visual trickery (more so than usual)... and is often decided against in order to keep the original graphical fidelity rather than compromising.
