I think it's actually a pretty good deal. Cod4 won't be 20 dollars when it goes standalone. 40 maybe? So 40 for infinite, 40 for cod4 plus I have Best Buy gamersclub which takes off 20%. So it's actually $63.99. 32 bucks per game sounds ok to me.
If someone tells outright lies about a game and it has influenced negative sales then it's possible. It would be very very hard to prove that a libelous review caused a negative sales effect though.

We do need more destruction games, I think crackdown looked great but that disappeared. The prototype games are on the PS4, that I know of. I don't know if it has been remastered or ported though.
