Different studio though...Playgrounds is made up of Racing game vets from multiple studios. And they have proven themselves with Forza Horizon. I'm looking forward to Forza Horizon 2. Half Life devs have been moving to other studios over the case of the last several games. Half Life 3 has a lot of hype it now has to live up to.
The only thing that's coming from Valve is Dota 2 and the content in it took a massive halt due to constant meta changes.

Homefront 2 was announced today...I expect that one of those Microsoft games is Forza Horizon 2 since it's releasing this year.

And I have a feeling that one of the Deep Silver games will be Homefront 2. But Crytek does have that Wednesday 2:30 slot and Project Grave is another F2P game.

You do realize games like Ryse/DR3/Forza 5 all sold extremely well on X1. DR3 official numbers stated it sold 1.4 Million units in the first 5 months.
And last official numbers we got from Microsoft put Ryse/Forza 5/DR3 all in the same boat with numbers.

I wouldn't consider Shenmue 3 to be a "Major Exclusive". I think Project Grave is going to be the "Major Exclusive" builds on top of the Crytek relationship and it is "Unexpected" like they said.
