My guess is that for the first month the game will have plenty of people playing the MP and buying X1s. Then a massive amount of those people will shift to Halo 5 Beta for a month starting Dec 27th...Post Christmas.
Then after January 22nd, we'll see a lot of people playing Halo MC Collection.
People today still play a lot of Halo 3/Halo 4. Adding Halo CE MP and Halo 2 MP...I expect to see quite a few people playing Halo for a while.

I was falling asleep during the Sony conference. Due to boredom...I was really disappointed with it, all that BS with statistics. Decent start...Amazing end, SHITTY MIDDLE. I was shaking my head when I saw the awful indies they brought on stage. Best game I saw at the conference was Farcry 4/No Man Sky.
