Online play is requireed but voice chat is free. Whatever excuse you need to make to defend Sony and bad chat quality is fine by me.
@aenea Thats all google has for voice chat comparisons that I found. But whatever improvements they made (as if MS hasnt made improvements on what was already great) still doesnt take from the fact that their competitors codec is far superior for the same cost.
So show me proof of the quality becoming better and then ill change my opinion accordingly.
The wifi in the ps4 is horrible i think that can be your problem.
Its pretty bad compared to xone version though(www.gamespot.com/forums /system-wars-314159282/xbox1-de stroys-ps4-in-voice-chat-qualit y-30940436/). Demand better for psn, especially since theyre charging premium money for lower quality service comparatively speaking.
