Since Epic owns the IP, Trademark and Copyrights they can do what they want. They are only "tied" to M$ for 2 games but that also doesn't mean they can't RE-Sell older/current titles somewhere else. Lets do the numbers....if Epic sold Gears 1, 2 & 3 on the PS3 @ $60 ea. and sold an average of say 5 Million for each title then that could possibly be sales reaching 900 Million!
