When the round starts try not to do anything for the first 10 seconds. In fact, wait to deploy after the first 10 seconds.
I had this issue non stop, but now after not immediately deploying I no longer have the issue.
Plus it saves you a walk! :)
It's rubberbanding more than ever.
I think the EA servers are to blame due to memory allocation or over utilization. Knowing EA they are using "work arrounds" like restarting the virtual servers every 12 hours instead of adding more system resources i.e. RAM and Cores.
Then again, I know EA wants to make as much $ as possible and wants to resolve this issue so they can rent out servers to the public (ala BF3).
Here is my 2 cents.
People were cut and the project was scrapped because.
A)Sony is downsizing. Google it.
B) The City of Santa Monica (west LA) is expensive. for example living wage is 11$ per hour baseline

I loved Warhawk. The map sizes, maps, and vehicles were all balanced.
Starhawk was good but it "became" complicated with having to "build". I liked it, but not alot did.

Meaning, it's not the killer App for 360 diehards to switch over for yet. Infamous is only releasing on the PS4 (but 1/2 the hype that titanfall is getting). After titan fall, it seems halo 5 is in 2015 (which I will probably cave in and buy a Xbone for).
The "cloud" is not a viable option for alot of people. I have a 250 gig limit on my internet, meaning a blu-ray game which is about 10-25 gig eats a big section out of that.
