Anyway they weren't ready for anything since they didn't even release a trailer or some pics.
Whatever platform they're going to release the game on, this is the lamest "big announcement" ever.
I'm with franky (+ bubble).
Even if the new Ghost Recon would be great, we have already way too many similar games.
Boring.
For me at least.
Too many FPSs and shooters in general are coming in the next months.
I need something a bit fresher...like Beyond Good & Evil 2.
Do you remember the director said it was a MINI BOSS...like the Cyclops more or less.
I already planned 2 days off work to devour this beast
Right man!
Bubble for ya!
Even Lost Planet 2 was announced on live but was multi...
Anyway, the only thing that could excite me is Beyond Good & Evil 2.
I've never been a fan of any Tom Clancy's game, plus we have already too much shooter already out and too many coming (BFBC2, Medal of Honour, Epic's "Bulletstorm", Spec Ops: The line, Rage?, Resistance 3?, Singularity, surely another COD...too many to really want another shooter from Ubisoft)
I didn't like Mirror's Edge but it was surely fresh and innovative, I'm not saying that the game was bad, I only find it frustrating for my skills and my personal taste.
Dead Space, on the other side was a brilliant masterpiece, but reviews rated it way too low.
I like the way EA is managing business, maybe it's the independent software house that I prefer now, along with Take2, not only for the games, but for the willing to push the boundaries.
Still Patch is right, ...
I'm in the third Malebolgia in Dante's Inferno.
The game is quite solid, an 8-, but it can't even try to play catch up with God Of War 2.
And I'm not talking about graphics, I talk about gameplay, game design and wow factor.
The controls are responsive yet a bit clunky and the game needed about twice more camera points.
The graphic is good but way inferior to GOW3 demo, especially regarding the lighting and the animation.
The setpieces are epic but they're not us...
@youngkiller25
when you enter the tank it's not in FP view.
Neither the cutscenes.
I want First Person View always, even in vehicles, like in MW2 and BFBC2.
The switch from FP to TP ruins the immersion.
Dear Bioware, this is how you have to deal with the majority of 360 fanbase.
Just to make thing shorter.
Ninja Gaiden 2 published by Microsoft
GTA IV dlc paid 50 millions
And it didn't matter...
Also, every time there's a rumor about PS3 version of ME, sites go nuts, and here on N4G the news enters the top 3.
EA should be mad to not release the game on PS3, code or not.
Don't forget his ground breaking overhype.
He does good games but not amazing ones...
Please, use that language with your relatives, and learn to behave.
Oh Lord, I kept reading doubletable instead of doubtable, and I was struggling to uderstand the sentence...
Veeeeeeeery tired.
Anyway, I love when devs don't left my console of choice out of the business.
Hope Bioware releases Mass Effect on PS3 soon, it doesn't matter when.
A good game deserves to be played, and retrogaming show how much this is truth.
If FFXIII VS will have cities, we will know who is to blame for FFXIII Epic Fail.
I will just wait and see what will happen.
I said it after the E3 announcement on the old gametrailer's forum:
"If something goes bad with FFXIII, it will be the end of 360, since even the 360 fanboys will understand how that system is holding this gen"
Yeah, you're basically right about the fact that anyone should enjoy the games, still, this game was clearly cut to fit in the 360, you can read it between the lines.
Geeez, you don't even have cities, and while it can be true that they were time consuming to design, it's even true that they would take a lot of GBs that they couldn't put on the DVDs.
And DMC4 was the same, I'm too lazy to google and search, but after they announced it for 360 they had to made cuts, and mayb...
Good, the trailer didn't excited me, since no gameplay was shown so this game could even be a tetris clone, but Shinji Mikami is worth of every grain of my patience until he unveils stuff.
I hope this turns out to be a "pure" third person shooter since we don't have a good one on PS3 (Uncharted 2 is not "pure", and Dead Space it's not so tactical) and Quantum Theory doesn't seem too great.
I don't mind if it's a multi or not, I only hope the game turns o...
My take on the matter is that Sony games do not appeal to the larget market, that is USA, and don't appeal to kids and teens.
A kid will always prefer Marcus Fenix or Master Chief over Nathan Drake, Sev or Cole.
Do teens prefer to play as a postman like Cole over an highly armored badass like Marcus or Shepard?
The answer is no.
A kid would never pick a guy in jeans and white t-shirt over an Alien badass slayer.
And don't say that Gears is 18+, since paren...
I still haven't bought MAG (not a fan of online experiences, but I will support the game and the idea with my purchase), so I can't speak about the quality, but an article to try to assure 360 gamers that they didn't miss anything is quite funny and a bit sad at the same time.
Then, my take is that Zipper has pushed further a boundary in gaming history, so Kudos.
