Because a level 2 can come in and still wipe the floor with high levels. Playe with a level 2 Hunter an had 26 kills and 8 death.
Yet that shouldn't happen because levels and better gear should matter. So I been just doing raids with my lv29 Warlock.
It most likely will, MS hasn't been to smart at having it Xbox One only. Worst case, it comes to PC (worst because few people will by the X1 copy over PC).
