I think Microsoft had other reasons to not make a handheld. They have had plenty of time, and plenty of Nintendo hendhelds to watch make amazing sales. The original xbox and GBA released a few months apart. I'd like to believe Microsoft had a good reason when the GBA sold 3 times as much as the xbox. The handheld market may be dangerous now, but Microsoft entered the console race 11 years ago and have had plenty of time to make one if they even wanted to.

It will be hard to get more characters for DLC or even a sequel. I mean, how many characters actually belong to SONY and are not just 3rd part exclusives? Anyone else find it strange that Nintendo was able to secure Snake for brawl, but they cannot get Snake for a Playstation game? Why have we not haerd anything about characters from square? Square has had games for SONY for a very long time, all exclusives. DO these publishers just not have faith in the game?

I only buy new copies for a few franchises. Over 90 percent of my games are bought used. It is the same game and i save money. Why would i pay extra money for some plastic i have to tear off my game box?

DK actually loses his punch wind up if you wait. Same with Samus and her charge beam. Same with Mewtwo in Melee and same with Lucario in Brawl. Pretty much lose your charge if you are hit or wait.

I think the huge focus on online is what has ruined it more so than any other reason. Local play was the best for me. I played Halo 2 local play more than online. Freakishly long Medal of Honor multiplayer tournaments.
