1). Not well enough, obviously. I linked to several games in the article which directly infringe on Sony's Cert process but are still on sale.
2). My piece was a complaint about these types of games. It references them heavily and is fine key focus of the piece.
3). At no point did anyone say "leaving Sony behind forever". I said I'll stop buying indie games I know nothing about there until they tidy this up.

Not quite - it's a very different issue here. Activition's board would likely have booted Kotick long before now if it wasn't for the need for stability during this deal. His position was untenable after all the abuse allegations came out and it was publicised that he knew about them and did nothing. Kotick knows his days are numbered.
