yeah, the PS3 is better in terms of hardware... but online capability and gaming library is better. not to mention that the online support for a lot of the games are 100% better in terms of quality.

I don't think SONY will ever fall out of the console war, but I do think that it will be hard for them to gain a lot of popularity. Call me an "Xbot" if you must but it is my honest opinion.
Look at it this way - with the amount of marketing that the Xbox 360 gets, it is going to be VERY VERY VERY hard (if not impossible) for the 360 to lose this console war. Do you realize how many 360s have fallen to the RROD, but yet it still gets 300,000 - 500,000 people on Halo 3 ...

No, Sony is right - the DS is generally targeted towards casual gamers and children while the PSP boasts more "hardcore gamer" type games. It still doesn't change the fact that I love Pokemon, even at the age of 18! xD

You are correct, it is no longer being referred to as "Call of Duty". They are making their own franchise.
This is the reason why a lot of the multi-platform titles are not released for the Wii: it is simply not next-gen. The only thing changed about the Wii is the motion sensing controller, that's it. It's essentially a Gamecube with a wireless controller.
Perhaps next generation Nintendo will pull their socks up and realize that, in this day and age of technology, it's all about high definition technology. Sure, they have relatively good success as they stand right now, but come on....

If the Xbox 360 was true "high definition" then how come HDMI ports were added about two - three years after the console was released, and the PS3 had them on launch day? Come on, now... think!
I thought Call of Duty 4 would have been more popular than Halo 3. Think about - the setting and concept is more realistic and most people can relate to it in one form or another. I <3 CoD4! It's such an amazing game and I cannot wait until the second one. It is going to be AMAZING.
You're not thinking long term here. They could lose a lot of money by releasing this game. If it is receiving such criticism, then obviously a lot of people aren't going to buy it.
