A small amount of people wont buy the game unless it comes out for steam. So basically they are bitching, whining, and creating petitions for it to be on steam and not Games for windows live.

I reaaaaallly doubt steam would do such a thing. Who would buy it? PC gamers? no they can already access steam on computers. Console gamers? maybe but wouldn't you rather have a gaming pc instead?
unless of course steam box has exclusive titles that even the PC gamers wouldn't be able to get.
